Having surgery this month, daughter's school trip in late May, should I go?

My daughter's school is going to a amusement park May 31, I will be having my surgery April 24th. I know it depends on how I am feeling. I don't plan on riding roller coasters, but I am concerned about the heat, the walking, too much too soon syndrome. I thought as long as I packed alot of water and my meal, perhaps a protein bar, that I would be okay. Or should I just let the hubby go, lol!
