Anyone with obstruction issues 5 years post op? RNY surgery?

I had RNY 2004 and last night I ate a regular meal, and this morning I woke up and I can't keep water or anything down. I am not sick. It feels like when I first had the surgery and ate too much. Except, nothing will go down. It feels like it gets stuck and then comes back up. Please anyone with this experience, especially so long after surgery please let me know what I should do. I did just have a baby 6 weeks ago, and my doc said that obstructions can happen while your pregnant, but after?
