has anyone heard of of a "tune-up" procedure for 1200 dollars ?

I had RNY on March 2004, I have gained back 40 pounds over the last six months. Talked to my doctor in Texas, and they said I can get a procedure that will "tighten" the opening that leads to the intestine. It almost sounds to good to be true. Has anyone else had this done? thanks
