How long does it take to get food out of your stomahce??

Hi. I have posted several questions on here and everyone is very helpful. I have one more question. How long does it take to get food out of your body? I am having to do a 4-week liquid diet. I am having open RNY on 1/05. I have lost a total of 26 pounds so far. I am 1 week away and hoping I havent sabotaged myself. I had a week moment this morning and ate. I know my surgeon told me if he opens me up and sees food in my stomache he wont do surgery. How long will it take to get the food out of my stomahce, and out of my body?
