Sugar Readings Increased Post Lap RNY

I am 7 months post lap RNY. (I am within 10 pounds of goal.) Within the past few weeks my sugar readings have been around 250. I can't imagine what is going on. For months my readings have been normal and my A1C has been 5.9. Anyone else had this happen? I'm contacting my doctor today to see what I should do.
