Have anyone tried magneium citrate for bowel movements?

I'm going to call the doctor today because the mom is not working for me. I had wls 7/22 and one small movement. I have always had problems in that area before wls. Any thoughts on how to keep regular movements? I'm going to contact the nut on Monday.
