i finally got the referrel for surgery from my pcp! just 1 question?

does anyone think i will have a problem with my insurance declineing the surgery because i have 1 year waiting period on all pre-existing med. conditons, i just thought they might would consider my obesity to be pre-existing even though they knew my weight when they approved the insurance policy..... thanks again, i love this site.....
