What if I dont have 2 years of medical records to submit to my insurance company?

MY insurance required a 6 month diet which I started last month as well as a phyc eval and dietician eval, and I have done both of those...the last thing required was 1 to 2 years of past medical records..I don't have any because before I couldn't afford to see a doctor regularly..what happens if I dont have past records to submit?
