Years after gastric bypass.

I am 7 years almost eight years out, I have iron problems I get Venorfer treatments about every 5 months. I would really like to have the skin removed from under my tummy. I have so much scare tissue now but I'm scared of the iron drop if I do it. Has anyone had it done with iron problems and under what requirements does united health care pay for skin removal.
