Motion Sickness and Dramamine

Going on a bus trip tomorrow. 12 weeks out from gastric (down 40+) wondering if anyone else has taken this medication after gastric. Also wondering if anyone found that their motion sickness went away after surgery? I know I can call the DR but have hard a hard time not getting the run around from the PCP and surgeon.
