My band was removed..looking for similar. What did you do after?

I had my band removed about 4 weeks ago. I want to talk to others who have had the same issue. How are you controlling your weight. I want to eat everything. I just find I dont feel satisfied when I eat. Also nothing has a great taste to it.... I am trying to eat properly. I am just eating alot! help....
