Can you please recommend a good multi-vitamin?

I'm having RnY in 14 days. I wanted to buy my vitamins ahead of time. My dr. told me to buy Flinstones with Iron chewables. Can anyone recommend a good multi-vitamin that is chewable or liquid that I can purchase? Thanks so much. Marcia
