anyone with a history or sarcoid with bypass?Sore tongue

I had sarcoid, but do not have to take medication. I also have chronic yeast infections I do use diflucan on reg. basis and my tongue has these slits in it like paper cuts. My PCP and surgeon says this is not an issue, but I worry about immune and vitiman problems. Has anyone experienced these problems and had the surgery?
