i have 150 lbs to lose and dont thinki will make it

had my lap rny on 08/08/08 and have lost 38 lbs in 9 weeks seems rather slow to me but im quite sure i am either already going slow or cant seem to lose i try to drink protien every other day for awhile because i have a cold its making me nautious and cant kick my cold even with vitamins for 5 weeks now i know we are suppose to eat 70 % protien and 30 percent veggies but i cant eat the meat unless its ground and chese and lf yogurt but im still trying to eat these and i feel hungry every 2 hrs am i normal my hunger has returned long ago i dont dump easily and can try sugars and fats but only one bite or two to stop the craving is this wrong my doctor says no that we have to live normally eventually i am very afraid because i have only ever dumped once and d other people go through this does anyone have like a week diet for me to follow and how much should i be eating at once i think i am around half cup of cottage cheese then i start to feel a litlle pressure but i have never tried to eat till im full or sick butwhen i eat meat its is only one ounce and it hurts i read this every day and ithink im still doing something wrong. please help me thanks i would appreciate it
