Can I have a 2nd surgery?

I had GB in July of 2002. I weighed in at 304. I am 41. I am 5' 4". I still weigh at this moment 240. I am still considered morbidly obese. Can I have a second surgery or is this out of the question?... And where do I start. Thank you, JG
