Can anyone please let me know what kind of foods that you ate while on SOFT FOODS

I was told I could eat ground meat. But I am afraid that I am not for sure what this means. I would like to know what everyone else ate at this stage. And how much of it. Also does anyone else drink cranberry juice. I see that it has corn syrup in it. And for rny patients that is not an option. Please Help
