Rose Procedure

Hello, does anyone know if there is a Dr around the Shreveport area who would do the ROSE procedure? I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago and have gained back 50 lbs and I want to put a stop to it now! If you don't know of anyone in the Shreveport area what about Dalls or Little Rock? Any info would be very much appreciated.
