Any suggestions on Bariatric Cook Books?

Does anyone have a cook book specific to Bariatric patients and our high protein diet that they would recommend to others? I am looking for somthing that would also list all of the nutritional facts. I have found a few on line but would like to find out what others on OH like best prior to ordering. Thanks to all!!
