Has anyone lost weight that has had hip replacements and had trouble with the hips

becomming unstable as if they are coming out, maybe from the lost of fat or tissue around the replacements? I am having trouble with my hips only after I had lost 40+ lbs in 2 1/2 mo. Please Help Anyone....
