Support groups, Doctor, and a good hospital in Colorado, Denver or Colorado Springs?

Hello My New Family, My husband just got word that he is being transfered in May from Illinois to Elizabeth, Colorado. It is in between Denver and Colorado Springs. I am now looking for a new Doctor, Hospital, and support groups. Any recomendations? I could sure use them and cut my stress level down a little bit. I am post-op RNY 5 months, I am down 100 lbs, and not having any problems, but I would like to have my bases covered for that "just in case." Because I just don't want to take any chances.
