revision

i had gastric bypass 4/14/08 only lost 54 lbs and I am not happy at all, My question that I am going to ask my doc. on wed,4, is about revision. is it too soon to have a revision and can me have a band after a bypass. I have been beating my self up walk and working out hard, but nothing is changing What is wrong with me. Jennie
