Anyone taking prednisone-post-op?

My neurologist put me on prednisone for an auto-immune condition (myasthenia gravis) that is affected by the mal-absorption of my meds. Has anyone experienced any set-backs to their weight loss in a situation like this? I am 5 weeks out and he says I will probably be on the prednisone for a couple of months. Kim
