This is kind of embarrasing

About 6 weeks ago I posted that I had blood in my rectum area (no bm ). I called drs office and they told me to keep an eye on it. yesterday after working out when i went to change clothes there was about an inch spot on my panties and it seeped through to my pants. well it scared me. i have also been drinking crystal light everyday and yesterday had raspberry and fruit punch. Do you think there is a possibility that that leaked out and is all it was? I will call drs office this am but just wanted your thoughts.
