what should I do?

I am almost done all necessary test and just waiting for my sleep study results which shiuld be next week before it can go to insurance. The problem is I wanted it in June when school ends and I will be off work but they are booked for then and working in July now. I am afraid I may not be able to get in in July before they will be full. So I am now considering changing to another office. whar do you think. I feel guilty because this office has already taken care of almost everything already.
