pill taking

I have a question reguarding pill taking. I haven't had surgery yet but am thinking about it. I do plan on asking the Dr. but was wondering what you thought about this. If you have problems taking one pill I can't imagine what will happen to me. I am bi-polar and have to take 7 pills every morning. Any suggestions as to what happens in a case like this.
