Paying for surgery

I went to my doctor which by the way is M.D. Melinda Haws. she is so awesome. neways I seen her my surgery will cost $24,784.50 all together . I need finacial aid. They gave me acapital one thing saying thats the group they work with. Does that mean i cant also go to other companies asking for aid? If not please help me out and tell me some good companies to request aid, what do i need to do and everything. Oh i have to get the surgery done by july 11.... i know very soon..
