having butt lift and arm lift on march 11th. any suggestions?

i am having a butt and arm lift on march 11 and am getting quite anxious about it. i don't know what kind of pain to expect. i know everyone's pain tolerance is different. i have read on the internet about how the tubes are such a hassle and such. i just would like any feed back of anyone who went through the same thing and if you have any suggestions. or just want to clue me in on how it was for you. thanks.
