Does anyone have any pre-plastics advice?

I have lost 110 lbs and am 20 months out RNY. I feel lucky to have been approved for a paniculectomy to remove the excess "flap" of skin. I am paying the addition for a full abdominoplasty. I am a bit nervous and am not certain what to expect. I have been told I can go back to work in a week. Anyone have advice who has had this done?
