I've put on 4 pounds since Monday HELP!!!!!!!
I don;t understand why this is happening. I've been consistantly losing since my surgery in April 2007, and I've lost at total of 110 lbs. and only about 15 to go. I have eaten a few carbs here and there, plus I eat cottage cheese not non fat becasue it's to watery for me. And I have eaten a small piece of fish, a 3/4 of a cheese enchillada, low-fat vanilla yougort with a few raisins and small amount of brown sugar. I also have one protien drink a day and have had some tortilla chips with salsa and cheese. I drink liquid all day and about 3 to 4 cups of coffee with non-dairy creamer and splenda. So what's up with the weight gain? I can't figure it out. I exersize by doing my walking around the store doing my daily running around (I need my left hip replaced) so a lot of exersize is out right now. Oh I forgot I also have cashews too. Can someone help me with this? I'm freaking out!!!!! Thanks for your imput, Joni
