I am having servere bloating

Not sure what is wrong, my middle is getting bigger, it is all bloated, no matter what i eat makes me feel bad, it is like nothing is empting from my stomach into the intenstines, but yet the stomach isn't bloated, it is in the intenstines, i have a lot of gas, but that don't give me much relieve . I have also gained several lbs, and i am really getting worried , any suggestions on what is wrong... I think it is more thant just gas ..:( sometimes the gas causes me very bad cramping. It has been 2 years since my surgery... what could go wrong now?
