B12 Patch - is it worth it?

Has anyone heard of this B12 patch? Does anyone know of any reasons this would or would not work? I don't want to waste my time and money, but cannot bring myself to give me a shot. And had problems with the sublinguals. Any suggestions or feedback on this would be great. There is info on the patch at http://www.b12patch.com
