What if you're missing a year??

I can document my obesity through medical records back to 1994 (I only weighed 15 pounds less then than I do now). However, even though I was at 3 different doctors in 1999, none of them documented my weight/height. Both my primary and secondary insurances (Aetna and Ohio Med PPO) require 5 yr. documented obesity. If I'm missing a year (I have Nov. 98 and Apr.2000), will they try to deny me coverage? If this has happened to you, what did you do? I have already called every dr./hospital/urgent care that I could have been to and they don't have anything else.
