Is it possible to develop a Stricture at 4 months out?

I had my surgery on Mar 7 02, I have been surprised at how easy it has been and sometimes felt like I could eat too much. However, for the last 4 days it seems my pouch won't empty and I have to make myself throw up at night to feel human. Any suggestions? What should I do?
