How do you take your Actigall?

I have been taking it with yogurt, and now I find on the bottle, 'no dairy products within 1 hour'. I know, why didn't I read the label? I tried dissolving in water, but it kinda clumps up. I also got sick on applesauce in the hospital. Any ideas?? Thanks
