Can post-ops tolerate this?

Pre op and a MALT fan. I have been looking at labels a lot these days preparing and I noticed that malt has 10g sugar for a serving. I looked at the ingredients and no sugar is added. Do I need to get my malt in now, or will I be able to have post-op?
