Kidney stones after RNY Gastric Bypass

I have been having REALLY severe pain in my left back (flank area) for over 2 weeks... It finally got bad enough that I called my primary care doc and they believe it's kidney stones from all of my symptoms. I know it's the most intense pain I've ever had :(. The doctor called in pain meds for me and told me to drink, drink, drink to try to flush it out. Just wondering if anyone has been in this situation. I am a 3 and 1/2 months post op.
