Where do I get Biotin

I was reading a quetion posted about hair loss, and I'm wondering where do you get Biotin? I have 7 days and I will be having my RNY, and one of the things I'm worried about is hair loss. I have thick hair it's long past my shoulders. I want to know in advance where would I go to get something to help my hair from falling out. I know it's going to happen. I'm really excited Just 7 more days till I change my life. Thanks for your comments Theresa~L~
