i need help!!! elvated liver levels

I'm 3 months post op and my 3 month check up came back with every thing ok except my liver levels are elvated and my dr. doesn't know why? no new meds, no alcohol, never did a drug in my life are already did a hepititus panel and it came back negative so i take any suggestions.
