Iron and b12 problems after 5 years

I have been very dizzy, tired, costrophobic, I also have been experiancing fluddering congestion in my chest the doctor says my bloods came back anemic but my presure and sugars seem to be ok for me. I take dyazide for blood pressure induced patasium. Has anyone else experianced this? My primary isn't as concerned as my bastric nurse who says the symptoms sound like iron but heart failure in women also have the same symptoms. I'm only 44 and both my Dad and Grandma died of sudden heart failure. Thank you Anna
