Which Insurance companies in Maryland cover the gastric bypass???

I currently do not have health insurance, simply because i can not afford it, my employer does not offer insurance at all, I have been concerned about my weight now for awhile, diets dont work for me, so ive decided to turn to surgery, I am 27 years old, and i dont want to die anytime soon. If anyone has any directions they can point me in i would appreciate it very much. Thank you
