Does Tricare cover the plastic surgery of extra skin removal from gastric bypass?

I have read and heard a couple times, but wanted to know if anyone knew for sure if Tricare would cover the surgery for excess skin from having gastric bypass. From what I haver hear they will if you loose 100lbs and up. Thanks for anyone with info!
