SIX MONTHS OUT FROM SURGERY...DID ANYONE ELSE FEEL LIKE THEY HAD A PUFFY POUCH ?

Sounds weird I know, but it is like you can see where my stomache is, and then the loose skin lays under it. Did anyone else experience this? I remember the Dr. saying that my tummy is starting to pouch and he will fix that by removing the skin. SHOULD I BE WORRIED...constipated sometimes but I do not drink water enough lately. I have gone from 278 to 163 so losing fast, body changing fast, husband deploying, just do not want to be sick with kids alone. THANKS for any help you can give me!!
