Just wanted to have an idea of what size I might be...

I am currently 5'10, 326 pounds and my goal is to be between 165-175. Is there anyone out ther that is my height with a medium frame that can tell me what size you are and about how much you weigh. I know every one is different I just want an idea. Please help,
