Plastic Surgery Help!

1. I'm 23 and have not children. I do want children however I want to have a TT done. Should I wait or should I go for it? My skin is so saggy! 2. I have a small waist and a big butt. I've heard that once a TT you become more square and loose you butt and I see it and it scares me. I would like to know does that have to do with age or does it happen to everyone. I don't want to loose either. Help!!
