BCBS FL POS - Does anyone know of a Dr. in South Florida that can do both TT & hernia on BCBS

I am at goal weight and found out today that I have a bad hernia that has to be taken care of real soon..... I also wanted the extra skin removed from my Panni at the same time.Problem is My surgent will take my insurance for the Hernia Repair But wants $4000.00 more for removing the excess skin I have........... Does this sound like a normal fee or should I shop around.. If so I need a little help finding the right doctor.... Thanks
