HAS ANYONE BEEN APPROVED WITH SUTTER GOULD??

Hello all this is Marilyn from Stockton, I am new to the group and some of the postings are scaring me. I am 5'9", 285lbs, BMI 42... I am pending insurance pre-certification via Sutter Gould medical foundation. I have called them several times and found out that I am in the Nurses que to be reviewed for approval.... Dying to know the outcome, and I come on line and everyone is dogging Aetna. Has anyone been approved from Aetna?? Is there anyway to expidite the pre- certification?? What if I am denied,.... does anyone actually pay cash for this, and which arm or leg would I need to surrender to get it?? Please respond. Thanks.
