I know I should be getting 60 grams of protein daily, but

How many grams of carbs and fats should I be getting. Even percentages would help. I am 10 months post RNY and feel like I am getting into a rut as far as eating goes. I have been on a plateau at 94 pounds for a month and some of it is the way I am eating. I am a very black and white person so if I know how many grams to eat, it will help me tremendously. Thanks in advance for any help!
