Do you think I will get approved, and how long does it take? United health rite care

I am curious to how long the approval takes from my insurance..and if I will get approved. I have done all of the testing, endoscopy, upper GI, psych eval, stress test, ekg, and so on and so forth. I have diabetes, borderline high bloodpressure, severe sleep apnea, hernia, gastroenteritus. I have united healthcare rite care, through the state. Do you think I will get approved?
