Does any one know a surgon in Canada that will take OHIP?

I have been lookinhg along with my doctors to find a plastic surgon to do my surgery threw OHIP.There is no one we can find that will go threw OHIP.OHIP will pay it all but Surgons want cash. I live in Kemptville Ontario Canada? Please help me if u can!
