pain around belly button and radiates to right.

Not bad pain but uncomfortable at times. I am 5 years out and having other issues going on but this has started recently and I am concerned if anyone else has had this happen to them. I have been feeling full the past 4-5 days-even with just liquids. I almost feel bloated but am not constipated. I don't have my gallbladder anymore either. It really feels uncomfortable from above my belly button to the right somewhat under the breast, COuld this be a ulcer perhaps? I do have stress to deal with pretty much but try to meditate and control it. I am seeing my gastric bypass surgeon on July 3rd for a much needed checkup. Thank you
